摘要
视网膜血管炎是一大类累及视网膜血管的眼内炎症性疾病,以视网膜、葡萄膜和玻璃体的炎症改变为主要特征,常见眼底反复出血和血管白鞘。各种类型的视网膜血管炎动物模型在疾病的发生发展、病理变化等多方面与人类视网膜血管炎具有相同或类似特征。应用这些模型可以对视网膜血管炎的发病机制、病理改变和药物治疗等方面进行研究。主要就国外对此病的造模方法及结果作一简介。
Retinal vasculitis is a kind of intraocular inflammation disease with retina blood vessels, taking the inflammation changes of retina, uvea and vitreous as its main features, and we can often see the bleeding of eye groand and the white sheathing of blood vessels. Various types of animal models with retinal vasculitis have the identical or similar features with human retinal vasculitis in the disease development and pathology changes and so on. Applying these models can help us for the pathogenesis, pathology and treatment study of this disease.The article makes some brief introductions for these aspects abroad.
