摘要
目的分析激光联合中药治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的机理和激光治疗时机。方法对60例视网膜静脉阻塞病例用活血化瘀中药联合激光治疗。结果痊愈26例(43%),显效21例(35%),好转12例(20%),无效1例(2%),总有效率为98%。结论激光联合中药可以有效的治疗视网膜静脉阻塞,激光早期介入能够提高疗效。
OBJECTIVE Analyze the mechanism of medicine treatment and the choice of right moment for laser therapy of RVO treated with laser and TCM.METHODS 60 cases with RVO had been collected and combined treatment with 532mn and 810ran laser and TCM were given.RESUILTS 26 cases （43%） were completely cured, 21 cases （35%） were with significant curative effect, 12 cases （20%） got improved and only one case （2%） was ineffective. The total effective rate was 98 %. CONCLUSIONS The combined therapy with semiconductor laser and traditional Chinese medicine can bring good curative effects to the RVO cases. Earlier laser intervention can improve treatment efficacy.
