摘要
本文从切削力、切削温度、一定刀具耐用度下的切削速度和刀具相对磨损率诸方面,研究和评述CrMnSi系列TS1、TS2及CrNiMo系列TN3、TN3A、TN4高强度钢的切削加工性。研究结果表明,这五种高强度钢的加工性由易到难的程度为TS1、TN3、TN3A、TS2、TN4,其原因可用硬质合金刀具的扩散磨损机理来解释。此外,还针对高强度钢的切削加工,推荐了硬质合金刀具材料的品级。
The machinability of high strength steels belonging to the CrMnSi series (TS1, TS2) and CrNiMo series(TN3, TN3A, TN4)has been investigated in this paper in terms of the cutting force, cutting temperature, cutting speed limit and relative tool wear rate etc. The results show that the above machinability performance when arranged in a sequence from higher to lower come as TS1, TN3, TN3A, TS2, TN4. The underlying reason is explained with the diffusion mechanism of cemented carbide tools. Finally proper carbide cutting tool grades are suggested for the effective machining of high strength steels
