摘要
相似材料模拟实验是煤矿开采实验研究不可替代的实验手段,实验中模拟支架的力学特性相似性是影响模拟实验是否准确的重要因素.目前模拟支架力学特性都是急增阻式,其模拟结论与实际存在较大的误差.为了使实验模拟支架与原型支架力学特性相似,在力学特性上到达恒阻的目的,开发了恒阻支架仿真控制系统.通过南梁煤矿综采“支架-围岩”关系模拟实验的应用,体现了该系统的优越性,该系统的完善将促进相似材料模拟实验水平的提高.
Similar material simulation experiment is an important way in coal mining study. The similarity of mechanics characteristic of the simulating support determines the correctness of experiment results. But at present, the mechanics characteristics of simulating supports have more errors than that of the actual supports because the simulating supports are all speed-resistant in experiment. In order to make the mechanics characteristics of the simulating support be similar to that of the archetype, the laboratorial emulational support system was developed. This system was used in experimental research on relation between support and surrounding rock in Nanliang Coal Mine. The results show that the development of laboratorial emulational support system can improve the technical level of the simulating model test of Key Lab of Ground Control in Shaanxi province.
