摘要
选择连续工艺最关键的参数就是切割力的确定,根据伊敏地区地温观测情况和不同温度下的切割力变化情况对伊敏露天矿采用连续工艺在切割力的确定上进行了系统的分析.结果表明,采煤选用轮斗挖掘机从切割力角度分析在技术上是可行的;剥离选用轮斗挖掘机从切割力角度分析难度大于采煤,无法实现全年连续作业.
To select the key parameter of continuous technology is to determine the cutting force of bucket wheel excavator. According to the ground temperature measured in Yimin region and the variation of cutting force at different temperatures, the method of determining cutting force of the continuous technology is systematically analyzed based on the situation of Yimin Surface Coal Mine. The results indicate that it is feasible to employ bucket wheel excavator for coal mining based on the cutting force analysis. However, it is more difficult for bucket wheel excavator to work in overburden stripping than in coal mining, which means that Continuous working in the whole year can not be realized.
