动压巷道锚注支护数值模拟研究 被引量:50

摘要 锚注支护将锚杆和注浆加固结合在一起,实现了锚注一体化.通过注浆将破碎围岩胶结成整体,改善围岩的结构及其物理力学性质,提高了围岩的强度,真正实现了围岩本身作为支护结构的一部分,大大提高了支护结构的承载能力.本文采用大型有限元数值模拟软件ANSYS,对动压巷道锚注支护前后围岩变形破坏规律进行了数值模拟,对锚注支护前后围岩的应力、位移及塑性区的变化情况等进行了系统分析,结果表明锚注支护显著提高了围岩的强度和承载能力,有效的控制了动压巷道的损伤变形. The combination of bolt-grouting support technology with bolt and grouting enable the integrity of the bolting and grouting to be realized; Grouted by bolts, the cracked and loose surrounding rocks are integrated together. By improving the cohesion, internal friction angle and elastic modulus, the intensity of the surrounding rocks is enhanced, making the surrounding rocks themselves be part of the supporting system, greatly increasing the bearing ability of the support structure. By using the software ANSYS, deformation failure regularity of boltgrouting support for soft roadway affected by mining is simulated. The stress, displacement and plastic zone of boltrgrouting support for soft roadway affected by mining are systemically analyzed. The results indicate that the strength and bearing capacity of surrounding rock for bolt-grouting roadway are greatly increased, which is helpful for controlling the deformation of soft roadway affected by mining.
