摘要
将充分完善的二阶系统响应特性运用于集成运算放大器的分析,求得瞬态响应的有关参数;并提出如何用实验的方法来求得瞬态响应参数,进而判断集成运放相位补偿是否合理,有目的地修正相位补偿元件的数值,使集成运放达到既稳定,频带又宽的最佳工作状态.
This thesis is to get the concerned parameters of the transient response by analyring the integrated operational amplifier by using the perfect binary order response property, to set forth how to get the. transient response parametres by experiments, to decide whether the phase compensation of the integrated operational amplifier is reasonable or not,and purposely to revise the numerical value of phase compensation parts so as to make the integrated operational amplifier work steadily,and frequency-band widened.
