摘要
卫星动量轮轴承组件的多数零件重量在10~50g之间,最小的不足2g,给动态测试带来了困难。根据各零件特点,用共振法、锤击法对其进行动态测试。分别用加速度传感器和动态应变仪接收响应信号,进行了幅频特性分析、功率谱分析和传递函数分析,确定了各零件的固有频率。
The weights of many components of satellite moamntum wheel bearing assemble are 10~15g,the minimum weight is less than 2g, so the dynamic measuring is difficult. Acconting to components characteristic, the resonance method and hammer impact method are used to make the dynamic measuring. The response signals are respectively accepted by acceleration transducer and dyrnamic strain gauge, the inherent frequency of every component is determined by the analyses of amplitude - frequency characteristic and power spectrum and transfer function.
