东北地区健康汉族体检者155名血清瘦素水平与其性别、年龄、体质量及体脂含量的相关性

Correlation of serum leptin level with sex, age, body mass and content of body fat in a Han population of 155 health examinees from the northeast area of China

摘要 目的:测定中国东北地区健康汉族人血清瘦素水平,分析其与性别、年龄、体质量指数、体脂百分含量等多种影响因素间的关系。方法:实验于2001-01/2003-12在黑龙江省医院内分泌科及体检中心完成。选取155名健康体检者,均为中国东北地区汉族人。按体质量指数分为两组,正常组体质量指数<25kg/m2,肥胖组体质量指数≥25kg/m2。应用免疫放射分析法测定两组血清瘦素水平,并计算腰臀围比值、体质量指数、体脂百分含量等指标,并应用直线回归、多元Logistic逐步回归分析瘦素与各项目的相关性。结果:155名受试者全部进入结果分析。①女性瘦素水平显著高于男性眼正常组:(12.31±6.02),(3.25±2.86)μg/L,P<0.01;肥胖组:(16.70±8.84),(8.04±5.36)μg/L,P<0.01演。无论男女,肥胖组瘦素水平均为同性别正常组的两三倍。②正常人瘦素水平与体质量指数(男r=0.63,女r=0.40)、体脂百分含量(男r=0.48,女r=0.17)呈正相关。③正常人血清瘦素水平与年龄似乎无关(男r=0.31,女r=-0.12,P>0.05),但扣除体脂因素后,瘦素与年龄显著负相关(男r=-0.69,女r=-0.50,P均<0.001)。结论:女性瘦素水平显著高于男性;瘦素水平与体质量指数、体脂百分含量呈正相关,去除体脂因素后,瘦素与年龄呈显著负相关;内源性瘦素抵抗可能是形成肥胖的基础。 AIM: To detect the level of serum leptin of healthy Han population of Northeast area of China and analyze the relationship with multiple influential factors, such as: sex, age, body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage (BF%) and so on. METHODS: The experiment was conducted at the Department of Endocrinology and Medical Examination Center of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital from January 2001 to December 2003. Totally 155 healthy subjects of Han populations in Northeast of China by health examination were selected. According to BMI they were divided into 2 groups, normal group (BMI 〈 25 kg/m^2) and obese group (BMI ≥ 25 kg/m^2). The level of serum leptin of the two groups was detected with immunoradiometric assay. The waist/hip ratio (WHR), BMI, BF% and so on were calculated.Correlation of leptin and each item was analyzed with liner regression, multiple factor Logistic stepwise regression analysis. RESULTS: Totally 155 testees were involved in the result analysis. ① Level of leptin of females was higher significantly than that of males' [Normal group:(12.31±6.02), (3.25±2.86) μg/L,P 〈 0.01; obese group: (16.70±8.84), (8.04±5.36) 10μg/L,P 〈 0.01]. No matter males or females, the level of leptin of the obese group was the twice or three time of the normal group of the same sex. ②The level of leptin of normal persons had positive correlation with BMI (male r=0.63, female r=0.40) and BF% (male r=0.48, female r= 0.17), ③The level of serum leptin of normal persons had no relation with age (male r=0.31, female r=-0.12,P〉 0.05), but after deducting the factor of body fat, the leptin and age had obviously negative correlation (male r=-0.69, female r=-0.50,P 〈 0.001 ). CONCLUSION: The level of leptin is distinctively higher in women than that of men. The level of serum leplin has positive distinctly correlation with BMI and BF%, and has negative correlation with age when the BF% factor is excluded. The resistance to endogenous leptin may be the basis of forming obesity.
