摘要
目的:制订活络消痛胶囊质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中当归、麻黄及丹参进行定性研究,采用高效液相色谱法,用Hypersil C18柱(200nm×4．6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0．1％磷酸(12:88)为流动相,检测波长为344 nm,测定方中刺五加浸膏中异秦皮啶的含量。结果:当归、麻黄及丹参可用薄层色谱鉴别;异秦皮啶在0．02-0．17μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0．999 6,加样回收率为98．1％,RSD为1．1％(n=5)。结论:所建立的方法能控制活络消痛胶囊质量,且含量测定方法简便、快速、准确。
Objective： To establish the quality standard for quality control of Huoluo xiaotong capsules. Method： the Angelicac sinensis, ephedrae and saliviac Mihiorhizae in Huoluo Xiaotong capsules were identified by TLC, the isofraxidin was determined by HPLC, the Hypersil C18 column （200mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used, the acdonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution（ 12： 88） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, the detection wave length was at 344 nm. Result： the Angelieae sinensis, Ephedrac and saliviae Mihiorrhizae can be identified by TILl, the linear range of isofraxidin was 0.20 - 0. 17 μg（ r = 0. 999 6）, the average recovery was 98.1% （ RSD = 1.2%, n = 5 ）. Conclusion： the method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can bo used for quality control of Huoluo Xiaotong eapsales.
