摘要
医学数据可视化在临床上已成为辅助诊断和辅助治疗的重要手段,其技术也成为近年来研究和应用的热点。如何快速、方便、高效的实现医学数据可视化是个一直在探索的问题。为此,提出采用VTK库进行医学数据可视化。分析了基于VTK库可视化工具包的机制,并用VTK对医学CT图像进行了面绘制。实例表明,用VTK开发三维可视化软件具有快速、方便、高效等特点。
Visualization of medical data is an important means for diagnosis and treatment,its techniques have now become the highlights of research and application. How to realize a rapid,easy and high effective visualization of medical data has been the issue of study. Therefore it is proposed that VTK library is used for implementing the visualization of medical data. The mechanism of visualization tool package based on VTK is analyzed. CT images are plotted with VTK. The examples show that VTK has the characteristics of fast speed,convenience and high efficiency for visualization.
