摘要
文献［１］用行业关联度修正投资倾斜排序，提出了一种评价方法。但该方法仍有两个缺陷：一是，没有考虑行业发展对自身的影响；二是，关联度是通过特尔菲法或一般的专家调查法获得的，具有一定的人为因素和随意性。本文利用经济效益传递系数矩阵建立关联度矩阵，并同时考虑行业发展对自身的影响，建立一种评价方法。由于经济效益传递系数矩阵可以从投入产出表中直接获得，因此该评价方法克服了文献［１］所提方法的缺陷，保留了它的优点，从而使投资倾斜排序更具科学性。
In the ref [1],an amending method for original result of investment slantwise array with the relevant array variables was raised. But there are also two drawbacks in this method. The first, the industrial relevant degree is subjective, the second, it is not consided that industris are self-affected by their developments. For these reasons,this paper advances an idea about replacing relevant degrees with economic effect transmission factors between industris. A new method is proposed. Because the transmission factor can be obtained by means of input-output table, this new method overcomes drawbacks and retains advantages in original method. Thus, the final investment slantwise array of the system will be more reasonable and scientific.
