摘要
高校成人高等教育改革发展面临一个重要的时代命题,就是高等函授教育与现代远程教育的整合,其中蕴涵两重意义,一是具有远程教育主办权的重点大学内成人教育学院与网络学院的并轨;二是没有远程教育主办权的普通高校函授教育用网络教育加以武装和提升。前者涉及体制改革,尚无统一模式但须在实践中继续推进,后者为大势所趋更待付出努力。
The biggest problem that adult higher eduation reform facing is the integration of correspondence education and distance education. There are two problems in the matter： one is the combination of the adult education college and the network college in the universities with distance education running qualification, the other is outfitting correspondence education with network education in the universities with no distance eduation qualification. The former concerns the society system reform with no samples to follow; the later is the new trend which we need make more efforts to do. Distance education will develop rapidly.
