摘要
企业党组织参与重大问题决策,是党组织发挥政治核心作用的重要途径。但随着我国国有企业改革的不断深入,混合所有制和多元投资主体企业的不断出现,企业党组织参与重大问题决策的现状不容乐观,很多深层次问题没有得到解决。本文认为加强企业党组织在重大问题决策中的作用,应从思想认识、参与主体、参与内容和途径等各方面入手。
Involvement of enterprise party organizations into the making of major decisions is an important way to exert the role of political core. However, with the deepening of the reforms of the state-owned enterprises, the continual birth of enterprises of mixed ownership and various investment entities, it is unoptimistic for party organizations to involve into the decision making for major issues, and a lot of problems in depth is yet to be solved. This paper argues that, to strengthen the role of enterprise party organizations in decision making, the recognition in thoughts, the involved subjects, the involved contents and ways should all be taken into consideration.
