高校二级院（系）党组织是二级院（系）的政治核心，肩负着对二级院（系）工作的主导和引导、保证和监督、参与讨论和决定等作用。落实高校二级院（系）党组织政治核心地位还存在诸多问题和困难,需进一步与时俱进,统一思想．健全制度．明确责任．选拔优秀干部,加强培训提高.
Party organization serves as a political core in secondary colleges of universities. It plays an important role in the leadership and guidance, guarantee and surveillance, participation and decision-making. The establishment of its core status will inevitably encounter many problems and difficulties, and it is quite necessary to keep pace with the times, seek the unity of thinking, perfect the system, make clear the responsibilities, select the outstanding cadre, and strengthen the training enhancement.
