摘要
课堂管理制度虽是极为微观具体的教育制度,但其在现实教育生活中的实际影响却不容忽视。本文从制度伦理学的视角对中小学课堂管理制度进行审视,从制度形成过程,制度执行过程,制度执行之后的补救和对制度的超越等方面对其进行“善”的诘问和伦理反思。从而,为完善中小学课堂管理制度,使之能够回归教育的本意,实现教育原仞的美好目的提供一种参照。
The classroom management system is a kind of educational system that is very microcosmic and concrete, but its influence in the real educational life can not be neglected. The paper examines the classroom management system in China's elementary and secondary schools, and assails the so-called "goodness" and makes an ethical reflection in the aspects of the formation, implementation, remedy after the implementation of the system and the surpassing of it. Therefore, the paper provides a reference for the improvement of the management system in elementary and secondary schools and the realization of the nice original purpose of education.
