摘要
发展性教学监控是以教育生态学为基础构建的新的课堂管理系统,它是以促进师生健康、和谐发展为价值取向,以充满生命活力的自主课堂为目标追求的多向度、开放式监控。其不但具有保障性功能,而且具有研究性功能和发展性功能,主要特点是施于未发、自控为主和全员全程。
Developing teaching supervision is a new classroom management system of multi-dimensional and opening supervision to promote the health of the teachers and students with harmonious development as its value orientation, with self-control classroom full of life vitality as its target. It not only possesses the function of guarantee but also the function of research and development with the main feature of execution before happening and self-control with all the staff throughout the whole classroom.
