摘要
详细研究了一种新型无需外配位置传感器、少槽交流伺服电动机的原理和设计特点。确定了这种交流伺服电动机的有效齿极配合关系、最佳斜槽角度以及位置检测环节的最大原理性测角误差;给出了转子极宽和定子齿宽的确定原则。
The principle and design characteristic of a kind of new type AC servo motor which is no need for the external position sensor and has the feature of few slots are studied detailedly. The effective cooperating relationship between the poles and the teeth, optimum skewing-slot angle and maximum principle-error of angle measurement of this kind of motor are determined. The selecting method of pole-width and toothwidth are given out.
