摘要
按照太阳能集热器的吸收面应具有高的太阳光谱吸收率α_(?)和低的热发射率ε的要求,研究了用电镀的方法制备太阳能选择性吸收层的实用性。在大量试验和优化设计的基础上,选出了黑色镍锡合金的配方及工艺参数,在最佳条件下,太阳光谱吸收率α_s=0.90~0.92,热发射率ε=0.09~0.28。镀层的耐蚀性、热稳定性、结合力均很好。
The practicability of selective black Ni-Sn alloy surface by means of electrop- lating is investigated according to the requirements that solar collector surface sho- uld have high absorptance(α_)in visible spectrum and low emittance(ε).The optim- ized formula and technological parameters of black Ni-Sn alloy is worked out based on a lot of experiments and optimized designs.Under the optimized conditions,the absorptance(α_)and the thermal emittance(ε)are 0.90 to 0.92 and 0.09 to 0.28 resp- ectively.The corrosion resistance,thermal stability and adhesion are excellent.
