摘要
目的:评价管灸加针刺治疗疱疹病毒性面神经炎的临床疗效。方法:3个中心共160例患者入组,157例完成研究。病例随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均进行基础针刺治疗,在此基础上,治疗组和对照组分别给予管灸治疗和悬灸治疗。观察周期为8周,采用面部残疾指数和面神经功能分级评定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率91.03%,对照组总有效率72.15%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组总体疗效和性别、年龄无明显相关性,但和入组病情轻重有明显相关性(P<0.01)。结论:对于疱疹病毒性面神经炎,管灸加针刺的疗效优于悬灸加针刺的疗效。
Objective：To evaluate clinical therapeutic effect of Tube moxibustion plus acupuncture on herpes viral facial neuritis. Methods： One hundred and sixty cases were enrolled in 3 centers. Among them, 157 cases completed the study and were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. All patients were treated with basic acupuncture therapy,and the treatment group were added with Tube moxihustion and the control group were added with suspended moxihustion. They were treated for 8 weeks and therapeutic effects were evaluated with facial disability index and House-Brackmann scale. Results：After treatment,the total effective rate was 91.03% in the treatment group and 72.15 % in the control group,the treatment group being significantly better than the control group（P〈0. 05）. The total therapeutic effect was not related with sex and age,hut it was significantly related with the state of illness before treatment （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of Tube moxihustion plus acupuncture is better than that of suspended moxihustion plus acupuncture for herpes viral facial neuritis.
