摘要
With the less tissue trauma,laparoscopic operation is becoming development extensively compared to open surgery.Althongh the stress response is smaller,the effect of laparoscopic operation on immune function cannot be ignored especially CO2 pneumoperitoneum,which may impair the cardiorespiratory system and result to life-threatening implications.Recently,abdominal wall lift(gasless) laparoscopic surgery is being conducted in the field of the microsurgery,it is physiologically superior to CO2 pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic surgery and provides normal acid-base balance and a lesser degree of hormonal stress responses especially avoiding the effect of CO2 pneumoperitoneum on local immunity of peritoneum.
