摘要
冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)是日趋严重的世界性危害健康的主要疾病之一,其耗资大、致残率高,其中急性心肌梗死(AMI)是冠心病的严重类型。随着社会经济及科学技术的发展,人类寿命的延长,很多国家都进入老年社会,老年人的生命质量愈来愈受到重视;同时各种老年疾病的发病率也逐渐上升,其中就包括冠心病。如何提高护理水平,降低老年冠心病患者的病死率是当今关注的重点。本文就老年性心肌梗死护理进展进行了综述。
Coronary heart disease is the main serious disease which is harmful to health, of them acute myocardial infarction （AMI） is the serious type. According to the development of social economy and scientific technique and the length of human longevity , many countries had come into elder social, the life quality of elder was paid more attention to. At the same time, various elder disease rate is increasing gradually. The current important to be pay attention is how to increase nursing level, decrease elder myocardial infarction mortality.
