电镀锌及其合金钢板和融熔镀锌合金钢板的表面状态,镀层的组成和金相结构是不同的,所以它们的涂装性能也不相同,如界涂漆前对镀锌系钢板进行磷化处理或铬酸盐处理,则能显著提高涂漠的附着力和耐蚀性。
Zn-plating its alloy steel plate is different from fused Zn-plating alloy steel plate in surface state plating composition and metallographic structure, so is their coating performance. If Zn-plxting series steel plates are treated by means of phosphating or chrom ate prjor to being painted, the adesion and the corrosion resistance of the coating film will be greatly increased.
