摘要
从环境污染和能源短缺的角度说明发展电动汽车的必要性.通过对电池本身相互制约的各项性能的分析,说明当前开发电动汽车的最大难点是电池性能及价格不能满足推广应用要求.对我国电动汽车电池组的研制方针提出了建议.
The necessity to developing electric vehicles are elucidated in terms of environment pollution and energy shortage. With the analysis of batteries'general characteristics which are always interacted each other, it is showed that the battery capability and cost is the most important factor restricting the EV application and popularization. For R&.D of EV batteries in China, the strategy and details are presented.
