摘要
针对机电液高度耦合的某型四余度舵机,提出了一种基于模糊理论的智能故障诊断方法。根据实际需求,将系统分为元件、部件及系统3种不同层次的故障诊断问题。然后根据模糊故障诊断理论,分别建立了故障原因与故障征兆的模糊关系方程,即模糊故障诊断模型。最后介绍了故障模糊诊断专家系统的实现及功能。
For a four-redundancy steering engine which is highly coupled with mechanism, electricity and hydraulics, an intelligent fault diagnosis method based on fuzzy theory is presented. As required in reality, fault diagnosis problems are analyzed into the three types: components fault diagnosis, parts fault diagnosis and systems fault diagnosis. According to fuzzy fault diagnosis theory and fuzzy diagnosis models, fuzzy relation equations of fault causes and fault symptoms are established for the three types of fault diagnosis respectively. Finally, The paper discussed how to realize a fuzzy fault diagnosis expert system and its function.
