摘要
目的:观察中药调免1号治疗抗生殖抗体所致反复自然流产(RSA)的临床疗效。方法:将RSA患者93例随机分为2 组。治疗组47例,口服调免1号(处方:杜仲、女贞子、生地黄、知母、黄柏、丹参、桃仁、甘草)治疗,对照组46例,口服强的松治疗。结果:治疗组抗生殖抗体转阴率为95．7％,1年内妊娠率46．8％;对照组抗生殖抗体转阴率为50.0％,1年内妊娠率为23．9％,2组抗生殖抗体转阴率、妊娠率的比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0．01)。结论:调免1号治疗抗生殖抗体所致反复自然流产的临床疗效明显优于强的松治疗。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of Tiaomian No. 1 for repeated spontaneous abortion （RSA） induced by antifertility antibody （AA）. Methods： 93 cases of RSA were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The treatment group （47 cases） was treated by Tiaomian No. 1 （composed of Cortex Eucommiae, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, Radix Rehmanniae, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Semen Persicae and Radix Glycyrrhizae）, the control group by oral use of prednisone. Results： In treatment group, the AA negative rate was 95.7%, the pregnancy rate within one year was 46.8%, and 50. 0% and 23.9% in control group respectively（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Tiaomian No. 1 is superior to that of prednisone for RSA.
