摘要
本文详细介绍了国外基于网格技术的数字图书馆研究项目的研究内容与应用领域，并对这些项目的研究内容与应用领域进行了系统的比较研究。最后，借鉴国外基于网格技术的数字图书馆的研究成果，对下一代数字图书馆的研究内容与应用领域的发展趋势与面临问题进行了分析、总结，并对我国今后数字图书馆的研究内容与应用领域提出了建议。
This paper introduces the research content and applied field of overseas digital library projects based on the grid technology,and carries on the system comparison and studies to these research contents and application. At the end, the paper analyzes and summarizes the development tendency and the question faced to the next generation of digital library, and presents some proposals for the related research fields of next generation of digital library in our country.
