摘要
危险货物的生产量和运输量都在不断增长,在危险货物运输过程中,往往不止一种运输方式,可能同时有多种运输方式交叉,即可能有转运;给出了危险货物运输过程中,在有转运条件下的风险度量模型、成本模型及路径选择模型;给出了一个应用算例。
According to the development of economy, the amount of Hazardous Materials Transportation is also increasing yearly. There are many methods in the hazardous materials transportation, such as truck, train, waterway, airplane and so on. This paper developed the model to measure the risk and cost with transshipment. Based on this, the paper developed the model for routing planning for hazardous materials transportation with transshipment under two goals of risk and cost. At last, the paper gave an application model.
