摘要
针对目前物流用地定义模糊的情况,本文在分析城市土地利用性质的基础上,对城市物流用地性质进行定义和分类。首先定义狭义物流用地,并分析其局限性。在此基础上提出广义城市物流用地定义,并按照不同分类标准对城市物流用地进行新的分类。
Aiming at the situation that there is not a clear definition of logistics land, this paper provides the definition of city logistics land and establishes a classify method of this field. First, a narrow sense definition is put forward and its limitation is studied. On the basis of the study, establishes a broad sense definition of city logistics land. At last classifies the land by different standards.
