摘要
90年代小儿急救医学在我国已形成了独立的临床学科,在建制、诊疗流程及管理等方面已逐步缩小了与发达国家的差距,各地ICU发展不平衡,现就ICU在急诊医疗体系中的地位、ICU仪器设备及先进技术的应用、ICU内医护人员素质、市场经济对ICU发展的影响以及ICU诊疗中存在的问题作一介绍。
Pediatric emergency medicine has formed into independent clinical subject since 1990s and shortened the disparity with developed countries gradually in the aspects of organizational system, diagnosis and treatment processes and management,eet. However, because of the unbalanced development of ICU in different places, this article aims to elucidate the following aspects ： its status in emergency medicine system, application of advanced ICU equipment and technology, ICU staffing levels, impact of market economy on the development of ICU, as well as the existed problems in the diagnosis and treatment of ICU.
