摘要
对河南石油勘探局所属部分单位的流量计使用进行了测量抽查。对水井分层测试中所采用的存储式电磁流量计及超声波流量计存在的问题进行了分析。结合际井,指出影响测试精度的原因,提出改进措施。措施包括改进注入水的水质,在不同位置增加过滤网及添合适的加化学剂;应用连续流量计;改进测试工艺等。其改进措施有助提高注水合格率。
Random inspections have been carried out recently on part of flowmeters being used in some units affiliated to Henan petroleum exploration bureau. Through the inspections we found and analysed the problems in memory electromagnetic flowmeters and ultrasonic flowmeters for zonal testings in water wells, and pointed out the causes resulting in the testing precision and gave some improvement measures such as injected water quality, adding filters and proper chemical agent, using continuous flowmeter and improving testing technique, etc. All these measures are helpful to enhancing the water injection effect.
