摘要
目的探讨对阑尾周围脓肿或炎性包块,避免分期手术,行Ⅰ期阑尾切除术的可行性。方法对240例阑尾包块,采取Ⅰ期阑尾切除,注意保护切口,妥善处理残端,充分引流以及多联抗生素治疗。结果本组无手术死亡,均痊愈出院。5例并发切口感染(2.1%),1例急性肾功能衰竭。无肠瘘及严重腹腔感染发生。结论充分作好围手术期治疗,精细的手术操作,阑尾炎性包块行Ⅰ期切除术是安全可行的。
Objective To probe into the feasibihty of treating patients with periappendicular abscess or inflammatory mass by one stage operation instead of operations by stages. Methods 240 cases of appendicitis with periappendicular abeess or inflammatory mass were carried out with one stage operation. Results None of patients died due to operation, all cases recovered. Conclusion It＇s proved that one stage operation combined with full perioperation treatment is feasible and safe.
