摘要
目的:研究0.04%倍诺喜(Benoxil)兔前房内注射对角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法:取18只成年健康家兔,随机分为2组,0.04%倍诺喜组(实验组)和平衡盐溶液组(对照组),每组9只(18只眼),前房内注射前及注射后1d、3d、14d,两组双眼均行接触性角膜内皮显微镜测量角膜内皮细胞数、细胞密度、细胞平均面积、面积变异系数(CV值)、六角形细胞百分率并取14d角膜标本制作电镜切片行形态学观察。结果:0.04%倍诺喜前房注射后3d,上述5项定量指标与对照组相比差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),14d时与对照组相比差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),且内皮细胞形态结构与正常及对照组相比变化不明显。结论:0.04%倍诺喜兔前房内注射后3d对角膜内皮细胞造成了损害,至14d时,这种影响消失。
Objective:To study the effects of the corneal endothelium of rabbit after being injected 0. 04% Benoxil into the anterior chamber. Methods:Eighteen adult rabbits were randomly divided into Benoxil group and control group respectively,nine rabbits (18 eyes)for each group. All rabbits were examined under the contact endothelial specular microscope for endothelial cell number,cell density ,average cell area ,coefficient of variation of cell area(CV) and ratio of hexagonal cells before being injected and at 1 day,3 days and 14 days after being injected. The corneal endothelium were observed by transmission electron microscopy at 14 days after being injected. Results:There was not almost changes of the ultrastructural for Benoxil after being injected. In 3 days,there was a significant change of the five quantitative indexes between Benoxil and control group(P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference in 14 days after being injected in the group and control group (P〉0. 05). Conclusion:0. 04 % Benoxil can cause damage of corneal endothelial cells in 3 days after being injected. But the changes will almost recover in 14 days after being injected.
