摘要
分析设计了采用45°法拉第旋转反射镜的Michelson干涉型磁场传感器的直流相位跟踪(PTDC)系统,并将其与采用Mach-Zehnder干涉仪的磁场传感系统进行实验比较。结果表明,所设计的直流相位跟踪系统能够很好地解决光纤偏振等引起的随机相位漂移问题。
The DC phase-tracking (PTDC) system used for fiber-optic interferometric magnetic sensor is designed and analyzed. The sensor is based on the Michelson interferometer employing 45° Faraday Rotator Mirror (FRM). The experimental results are presented and compared with those of the magnetic sensor based on Mach-Zehnder interferometer. The results show that the PTDC system can well overcome the problem of polarization-induced random phase drift.
