摘要
目的探讨分析中西医结合治疗急性重症胰腺炎的疗效以及可行性。方法回顾分析我院1999年9月￣2005年9月收治的行中西医结合治疗的急性重症胰腺炎病人72例的治疗情况,与以往行手术治疗的治疗效果进行比较。结果治愈57例,治愈率79.2%,中转手术8例,死亡7例,死亡率9.7%,并发症发生率18%。结论中西医结合方法治疗急性重症胰腺炎的效果良好,可明显降低并发症发生率及死亡率。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect and possibility of severe acute pancreatitis SAP treated by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods From September 1999 to September 2005,72 patients of SAP had been treated by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine; the effects were compared with the control eases only treated with operation. Resnlts 57 patients （79,2%） were cured, 7 cases （9.7%） died and 8 cases were carried out operation again, The rate of complications was 18%. Conclusion The complications and death rate of SAP were decreased obviously treated by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
