摘要
目的：观察明目１号胶囊对单纯型糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效。方法：３０例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，在两组患者均接受对糖尿病治疗的情况下，观察组加服明目１号胶囊。子治疗前和治疗６个月后分别进行眼底荧光血管造影、血液生化和视力检查。结果：观察组糖尿病性视网膜病变（微动脉瘤、渗出和出血）与对照组相比明显减轻（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗后观察组纤维蛋白原由５．５６ｇ／Ｌ降至３．９５ｇ／Ｌ。治疗前后对比，观察组视力增进高于对照组。结论：明目１号胶囊对单纯型糖尿病性视网膜病变有一定疗效。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effective of treatmant with mingmu capsula Nol inthe patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy.METHODS:Thirty diabetic patientswere randomly divided into the treatment and the control groups.Patients in both groups ac-cepted same custom treatment for diabetic except that for the patients in the treatment groupmingmu capsula Nol was added.The fluorescin funds angiography,blood biochemical test andvisual acuity examination were carried out pre and post 6 month treatment.RESULTS:Thediabetic retinal pathological change(microaneurysm,exudation and hemorrhage)in the treatmentgroup were obviously alleviated in contrast to those in the control group(P<0.01).In the treat-ment group,fibrinogen were reduced from 5.56 g/L to 3.95 g/L through the treatment.The visu-al acuity improvement in the treatment group was obviously superior to those in the controlgroup.CONCLUSION:Mingmu capsula Nol has certain effect on treating non-proliferativediabetic retinopatliy.
