摘要
探讨了实现可持续发展的客观规律,从传统制造业改造为产业生态链、区域经济实现可持续发展及宏观调控等方面,阐述了创建循环经济体系、实现可持续发展的根本途径。
This article has probed into the objective law of realizing sustainable development and illustrated the essential means to establish recycling economy system and realize sustainable development from such aspects as transforming traditional manufacture industry into industrial eco-chain, sustainable development of local economy and macro regulation.
