介绍了AP/HMXHTPB推进剂能量特性。理论计算表明,HMX取代部分AP可增加比冲,降低火焰温度和燃气中HCI含量,HMX代替20%AP,比冲增加25.46N·S·kg-1。用BSF165mm发动机所做的对比试验进一步验证了HMX代替AP对比冲的贡献。
The energy performance of AP/HMX/HTPB composite propellant is discussed. Theorertical calculation shows that pactially replacing AP with HMX can make a increment of specific impulse of the propellant, for example, the increment of specific impulse is 25. 46 N·S·kg-1 when 20% of AP is replaced by HMX. It also results in flame temperature drop and HCl content decreasing in exhaust combustion gas of propellant. The comparative tests by BSF165mm motor have further confirmed the contribution of HMX to specific impulse.
