摘要
根据基于超越机制的结构动力可靠性公式,给出了适合于计算通航船闸阀门流激振动动力可靠度的表达式。嗣后,根据非恒定流阀门振动试验成果,对顶扩和底扩两种不同廊道体型的阀门振动动力可靠性进行了分析评估。最后还讨论了阀门不同启门速度、运行时间对动力可靠性的影响。指出采用底扩廊道体型和1分钟启门速度对提高阀门结构动力可靠性的优越性。
Based on the theory of dynamic reliablity of structure,a formula of dynamic reli- ablity of filling valve vibration in navigation lock is derived.According to the test results of valve vibration in unsteady flow,the valve dynamic reliablity for two different shapes of fill- ing conduit is analysed and evaluated.The influence of lifting velocity and operating time of the valve on dynamic reliability is discussed,and the advantage of adopting the scheme of bottom expanded shape and the short time of lifting the valve for the relibility are also point- ed aut.The findings in the work possesesed of both acadimic significance,application value.
