摘要
目的了解甲状腺激素对骨代谢的影响,指导临床常见骨病骨质疏松症的治疗。方法采用手术切除家兔甲状腺并对其骨的物理学和组织学方面进行实验研究。通过外源性甲状腺激素的替代治疗观察其疗效。结果实验证明甲状腺激素减少或缺乏可致骨质疏松,T4的替代治疗可部分抑制骨质减少。结论在T3、T4水平相同时,甲状腺全切后的家兔骨质减少可能是由于降钙素缺乏所致。
Objective To explore the effect of thyroid hormone on bone metabolism. Methods The thyroid in the rabbits had been cut off and the physics and histology of the bone in the rabbits were observed. The therapeutic effect of exterofection thyroid hormone was also observed. Results The lacking or reducing of thyroid hormone could lead to osteoporosis. The substitutive treatment of T4 could partially inhibit the oesteopenia. Conclusion When the T3 level equals to the level of T4, the oesteopenia of the rabbits with thyroid being cut off may be caused by the lack of calcitonin.
