TVT-O在治疗女性压力性尿失禁中的应用(附7例报告) 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨TVT-O手术作为治疗女性压力性尿失禁的新手术方法在临床上的应用及有效性。方法回顾性分析应用TVT-O手术治疗7例女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效及并发症。结果7例尿失禁患者(其中6例单纯性压力性尿失禁,1例混合性尿失禁)接受TVT-O手术,平均手术时间38 m in,平均术中出血40 m l,7例患者术后均能自行排尿,2例发生轻微排尿困难,2周后自行缓解。TVT-O手术的成功率为100%。结论TVT-O手术具有简单、微创、恢复快等特点,是治疗女性压力性尿失禁安全有效的方法。
