摘要
报告2例脊髓纵裂畸形。男女各1例,年龄为22岁、15岁。脊髓纵裂部位分别在胸1～5和腰1～4,表现为不同形式的运动、感觉障碍,并伴有脊柱侧弯等其他畸形,均经 MRI 证实。结合文献复习就该病的病因、临床特点、诊断及治疗进行讨论。
In this report we present 2 patients with diastematomyelia,among which one is male,22 years old,the other is female,15 years old.MRI spinal scans shows the focal areas are at T1-5 and L1-4.It showed various degrees of dyskinesia,hypoesthesia as well as scoliosis are confirmed by MRI scanning as having diplomyelia with a review of literature and clinical manifestation of the 2 patients the cause,clinical features,diagnosis and therapy,of the disease are discussed.
