摘要
目的总结和探讨深部软组织异物的取出方法。方法回顾分析526例软组织异物取出法及其效果,并与其它取出法作比较。结果运用组织内适时三维运动定位法取异物效果良好,X线显像的异物均全部取出,X线不显像但能于B超下显像的异物取出率达93%。结论组织内适时三维运动定位取异物方法简单,效果良好。
Objective To study the extraction of foreign body in deep soft tissue. Methods The treatment of 526 cases with foreign body in soft tissue were analyzed, and then compared with other methods. Results By 3- dimention orientation method,the foreign body that the X-ray cannot be transmitted could be taken out completely, the foreign body that X-ray can not be transmitted but with ultrasonic image could be taken out with the rate of 93%. Conclusion 3-dimention orientation method is very simple and with goodeffect in the treatment of extraction of foreign body in deep soft tissue.
