蛋白激酶CK2α在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义 被引量:5

The expressions of protein kinase CK2α in squamous cell carcinoma of larynx and its clinical significance

摘要 目的:探讨蛋白激酶CK2α(PK-CK2α)在喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测50例LSCC组织(喉癌组)及10例正常舌腭弓黏膜组织(对照组)中PK-CK2α蛋白的表达情况,并采用图像分析系统对表达结果进行定量分析。结果:PK-CK2α蛋白在喉癌组中阳性表达率为64%(32/50),在对照组中阳性表达率为30%(3/10),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。喉癌组和对照组之间PK-CK2α阳性表达的平均吸收度(A值)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),喉癌组PK-CK2α阳性表达的A值与年龄、性别、临床分型(肿瘤部位)、临床TNM分期和淋巴结转移比较差异均无统计学意义,与病理分级(G1→G2加G3)有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论:PK-CK2α过表达可能与LSCC的发生和发展有关,检测PK-CK2α可作为判定LSCC恶性程度的潜在指标之一,抗PK-CK2α可能为肿瘤治疗提供一种新途径。 Objective:To investigate the expression of Protein kinase CK2α in squamous cell carcinoma of larynx(LSCC) and to evaluate its clinical significance. Method.. The expressions of protein kinase CK2α protein in 50 cases of LSCC tissues and 10 cases of normal mucous membrane of palatoglossal pillar were studied by using immunohistochemical SP staining method and quantitative analysis of image. Result: The positive rate of Protein kinase CK2α staining was 64 % (32/50)in LSCC tissues, while only 30%(3/10)in normal mucous membrane of palatoglossal pillar( P〈0.05). A significant difference was observed for the average absorbance value (A value)of protein kinase CK2α positive expression in two groups( P〈0.05). No correlation was found between A value of protein kinase CK2α positive expression and sex, age, tumor sites, TNM stage and lymphatic matastasis, but there was significant correlation between A value of protein kinase CK2α positive expression and differentiation grading (G1→G2 +G3 )( P〈0.05). Conclusion.. The over expression of Protein kinase CK2α is closely related to the formation and development of LSCC. Protein kinase CK2α may be one of the predictors for the malignant grade of LSCC. To inhibit the over expression might be new therapeutic methods for LSCC.
