摘要
目的:应用螺旋CT技术观察拔牙后口腔组织补片植入牙槽窝的愈合情况,评价口腔组织补片对于牙槽窝愈合的影响。方法:选用本地产健康成年杂种犬8只,随机分为4组,建立拔牙的动物模型,左侧牙槽窝植入口腔组织补片,右侧对应牙位牙槽窝作为空白对照。分别于第2、4、12、24周处死一组动物,取头颅标本行螺旋CT扫描,应用多平面重建技术测量牙槽窝CT值。结果:第2、4、12周植入口腔组织补片组的牙槽窝CT值明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:口腔组织补片可以有效促进牙槽窝的早期愈合。
Objective： To observe the healing of sockets in which oral tissue patch was embedded after tooth extraction by spiral CT, and to evaluate the effect of oral tissue patch on the healing of sockets. Methods： 8 hybrid dogs were randomly divided into 4 groups. Dogs mandibular first and third premolars of both sides were extracted. The sockets of left side embedded with oral tissue patch were chosen as the test group, while the sockets of right side receiving no special treatment were chosen as the control group. Every two dogs were executed after 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 12 weeks and 24 weeks extraction. The heads of dogs were scanned by spiral CT. The CT value was measured by the multiplane reconstruction technique of spiral CT. Results ： The CT value of sockets embedded with oral tissue patch was significantly higher than those of control group after 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 12 weeks （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Oral tissue patch can promote the healing of sockets after tooth extraction.
