家兔颅底淋巴循环的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨家兔颅底淋巴循环的特征,为进一步研究人类颅底淋巴循环及恶性肿瘤颅底转移的规律提供理论依据和动物模型。方法①从比较解剖学的角度对人和家兔颅底骨性结构进行再认识,从而为颅底解剖及病理生理学研究提供动物实验模型。②选择20只健康纯种新西兰大白兔作为实验动物,于颈淋巴干插管行放射淋巴造影DSA,观察并记录颅底区的淋巴循环。结果①人和家兔的颅底骨性结构有明显的相似性。②家兔颅底区(枕大孔附近、颈静脉孔、颈动脉管外口和破裂孔附近)存在明确的淋巴管状结构。结论家兔颅底区存在淋巴循环,推测人颅底区存在淋巴循环通路的可能。 Objective To explore the characteristics of lymph circulation in the skull base of rabbits and provide an animal model and the theoretical basis for investigating the lymph circulation in the skull base and metastasis of malignant tumors to the skull base in the human body. Methods Twenty healthy pure New Zealand rabbits were used for digital subtraction angiography through intubation into the cervical lymphatic vessel. The lymph circulation pathway of the basilar region was observed and recorded. At the meantime, the anatomical characteristics of the rabbit's skull base were observed and analyzed, and compared with the corresponding structures of the human skull specimen. Results Remarkable similarity in the bony structure of the skull base was found between rabbit and mankind. In the basilar region of rabbits, such as the where near to the foramen magnum, jugular foramen, carotid foramen and foramen lacerum, there were definite structures like the lymph vessel. Conclusion There are lymph circulation pathways in the skull base region, so it is believed that the existence of the lymph system in the cranial base of human being.
