摘要
目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)在大鼠冠折露髓后不同时间点牙髓炎症中的作用。方法应用免疫组化染色的方法观察MMP-3在正常及炎症牙髓中的表达变化。结果在正常牙髓中MMP-3表达弱阳性,冠折露髓后染色强度加深,在3天组炎症牙髓中表达呈强阳性,随后表达减弱。结论MMP-3可能参与牙外伤露髓后牙髓炎症的发生发展过程。
Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-3 in exposed pulp of the first mandibular molar of rat induced by crown fracture.Methods The change of expression of MMP-3 in the norreal and inflammed dental pulp was observed by immunohistochemistry staining. Results The expression of MMP-3 was weakly positive in the normal pulp group, increased in the exposed pulp and strongly positive at the 3rd day, later, the expression decreased. Conclusion MMP-3 may take part in the development of the pulp inflammation response.
