生物粘接端端缝合法修复大鼠周围神经损伤的形态学研究

摘要 目的用生物粘接端端缝合法修复大鼠周围神经损伤后,研究再生神经的形态学变化。方法选用60只Wistar大鼠,随机分为实验组和对照组。在手术显微镜下,实验组用生物粘接端端缝合法修复坐骨神经损伤,对照组则采用单纯端端缝合法修复,术后1至6周分期处死取材,用光镜、电镜对比观察神经纤维再生的形态学改变。结果实验组在修复初期雪旺(Schwann)细胞增生明显,不同时间段的神经纤维再生速度、数目、髓鞘厚度明显优于对照组。结论生物粘接端端缝合法,在修复周围神经损伤中可刺激雪旺细胞增殖,缩短Bungner带的形成时间,对神经再生有明显的促进作用。 Objective To study the morphological changes on peripheral nerve regeneration process using biogenic adhesion method after injury of the sciatic nerve in rats. Methods Sixty adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups, a biogenic adhesion operation was performed for repairing the nerve injury in the experiment group, and a simple end-to-end suture operation in the control group. The morphological observations were made separately from 1 - 6 weeks after the operation. Results The number and the myelin sheath thickness of the regenerated nerve fibers in the experiment group were better than that in the control group at every observed time. Conclusion The biogenic adhesion method may not only stimulate the proliferating of Schwann cell, but also reduce the time of forming Bungner band, therefore it could promote the regeneration of nerve fibers on injured peripheral nerves.
