经椎弓根植骨内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床分析 被引量：58

摘要 目的分析经椎弓根植骨内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果。方法治疗组经病椎椎弓根植骨及TSRH、CD、AF内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折52例;对照组用TSRH、CD、AF内固定系统加单纯后外侧植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折24例。根据手术前后椎体前缘高度的变化及Cobb角的矫正程度比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组在改善椎体前缘高度及Cobb角的矫正程度方面均优于对照组。结论经椎弓根植骨内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折能有效防止术后矫正度的丢失和减少并发症的发生。
