摘要
利用SU PER SAP对Su lzer 6RND 68柴油机在不同工况下的活塞应力场进行有限元计算分析,发现柴油机燃烧状况对活塞的应力场有着较大影响,尤其在燃烧质量不佳及柴油机超负荷运转时,其表现为活塞顶部的温度呈指数上升;活塞当量应力最大值是在第1点,其当量应力值为1 404 M Pa,此项研究为柴油机活塞顶部裂纹和烧蚀以及第一道活塞环断裂的原因提供了理论依据,为轮机管理人员提供了借鉴与参考.
This paper studies the piston's stress and temperature field of Sulzer 6RND68 marine diesel engine in different working conditions by using the finite element analysis. It is found that the combustion condition has a significant impact on the piston's stress field, especially when the burning quality is worse and the engine is overloading, the piston head temperature increase exponentially. The maximum equivalent weight of piston's stress is at first point and the value is 1404MPa. This study provides the theoretical evidence for identifying the crack of the piston head and the rupture of the first piston ring.
